Delivery
When you place an order, we will ship it to the delivery address you entered. Please double-check that your address is correct before confirming your order.
Shipping costs will be shown in your order summary before you complete the purchase. Please note that for orders coming from outside certain regions, additional customs or import duties may apply. These charges, if any, are not refundable by us.
- We use DHL Express for fast delivery. Once your order is packed and shipped, you will receive a tracking link so you can monitor its progress.
- DHL Express may send you an invoice for customs or import charges before delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
- If you wish to return a product, the return shipping cost is your responsibility.
- Returns must be made within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- The item must remain in new condition, with all original tags attached.
- Please include the return paperwork that came with your order.
- If a package is unclaimed or returned to sender, a handling fee may be applied.
- If items are returned damaged, soiled (for example, with makeup), or in unacceptable condition, we may not refund the full purchase amount.
- For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on swimwear.
- In cases where a size change is needed (e.g. too big or too small), we may ship you the correct size at no additional item cost; however, the return shipping cost still applies.
Customs & Import Duties
Our website prices include relevant local taxes where applicable, but please be aware that additional customs or import fees may be charged by authorities in your country. These costs are beyond our control and cannot be refunded by us.
